Kyla Smith is a Cybersecurity Analyst at Riverside Community College District in California. A proud alum of the district she now serves, she brings six years of experience across public and private sectors, including 2.5 years within the California Community Colleges system. She supports the district’s security posture through third-party risk management, cybersecurity awareness programs, and the development of innovative, automated security solutions. She also holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. Driven by a mission to protect the technology that powers education and the data of its users, Kyla is passionate about maintaining secure, resilient, and accessible higher-education environments for all who rely on them.
